Who we are

• Account data: email and password (hashed).
• Usage data: prompts, generated content, files you upload, and product analytics needed to run the service.
• Billing data: handled by the payment provider if you subscribe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and cookies required for login and security.

How we use it

We use this data to create and secure your account, generate the content you request, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Prompts and files are sent to third-party AI providers (for example OpenAI and similar) solely to fulfill your request.

Legal basis

We process data to perform the contract (providing the service), to comply with law, and where needed on legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention.

Retention

We keep account and generated content while your account is active. You can delete documents from the dashboard. After account deletion we remove personal data unless the law requires a longer period.

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure and AI providers that process it on our instructions, and with payment processors when you buy a plan. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights
