These terms govern your use of Plumatica at https://plumatica.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Plumatica is an online platform that helps you generate text, images, code, audio and related content using third-party AI models. Features available to you depend on your plan and remaining credits.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or generate illegal content.

Credits, plans and payments

Paid plans, credits and taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Unused credits do not roll over unless a plan says otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where consumer law requires it.

Content and AI output

You keep the rights you have in prompts and files you upload. Subject to the terms of the AI providers we use, we grant you the right to use generated output for your own purposes. AI output can be inaccurate or similar to other users' results. You must review it before publishing or relying on it. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

You may not use Plumatica to create malware, spam, sexual content involving minors, or to violate others' rights. We may remove content and terminate accounts that break this rule.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party AI providers may fail, rate-limit or change models without notice.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
